Refund Policy

Please note that ELITE CONNECT COMPANY, LLC (ECC) only permits the return of unopened products sold on our website due to an ECC shipping or order processing error. ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL. If you have received an incorrect product due to an ECC shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process

Please contact ECC Customer Support by email, info@eliteconnectshop.com, to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #. An RMA request must be made within 30 business days of receipt of the product in accordance with ECC’s return policy.

If the RMA is approved, an RMA # will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with information on how to return the product to ECC.

In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned unopened to the ECC warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

NOTE: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ECC recommends that you:

use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and

either insure your package for safe return to ECC or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to:

use a carrier that offers tracking, and

insure or declare the full value of the product,

you will be responsible for the loss of damage to the product during shipping.

NOTE: If you discover what you believe to be a product defect, outside the above categories, such a defect, if any, may be covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other support information below.

ECC warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for the time periods and as set forth below when purchased directly from ECC. 

Term:  For a period of 3 months from the original date of purchase of the product, ECC will, at its option, repair or replace with new or product determined to be defective.

Instructions:  To obtain warranty service, you must contact ECC (email to info@eliteconnectshop.com), receive permission to return the product, and deliver the product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packing affording an equal degree of protection to the ECC authorized service facility specified in the address below.  An Order Number or dated purchase receipt from ECC.

This Limited Warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use; it does not cover product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to product issues due to commercial use, acts of God, misuse, limitations of technology, or modification of or to any part of the ECC products or product purchased from someone other than ECC.  This Limited Warranty does not cover ECC products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS or consumables.  This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: ELITE CONNECT COMPANY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.

DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.  This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
